User Agreement

1. Service and intended use

Rovunela is a device-based organizer for venue information you prepare for a gathering. You can describe entrances, connect passages to destinations, record conditions and sources, note unanswered questions, and prepare an overview or guest briefing. All current app features are free. Rovunela has no in-app purchases, coins, subscriptions or paid content.

Rovunela does not measure a building, certify accessibility, verify venue statements, provide automatic navigation or guarantee that a route is available or safe. Your notes are not professional, emergency or legal advice.

2. Your records and observations

You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing its accuracy, date and source before relying on or sharing it. Conditions can change. A photograph or a completed information checklist does not prove the condition of an entire route. Mark unknown information as unknown and revisit changes that may affect connected passages.

3. Lawful and considerate use

Use the app only for information and materials you are permitted to record and share. Get appropriate permission before including identifiable people or another person's voice. Do not make covert recordings, publish door codes, trespass, harass anyone, or present your notes as official venue approval. Do not add information about a guest that is unnecessary for your preparation.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the text, photographs, diagrams, observations and recordings you add. You authorize Rovunela and its service providers to process that content to provide saving, synchronization, restoration, display, playback and export. Profile and venue records are associated with a device identity. Uploaded avatars, photos and recordings use publicly accessible links; anyone with a link may access them. Upload only content you have permission to use, and exclude sensitive information and door codes.

5. Device permissions

Camera, Photos and microphone access are requested when you choose a related feature. You may decline or change permission in iOS Settings. You can use written information where available without recording audio or adding a photograph.

6. Exports and sharing

You choose whether to export or share an overview. Review its contents and recipient first. Exports are separate files; they do not update when you later change a local record and Rovunela cannot recall copies held by other people or services.

7. Storage, device sessions and deletion

After consent, a random device UUID establishes a server session without email or password registration. Your display name, selected avatar, venue records and media are cached locally and synchronized when the network request succeeds. Offline drafts, hosting notes, practice progress and exports may remain only on this device. Only successful uploads can be restored, and only when the same device identity remains available. There is no email recovery or guaranteed transfer to a new device. Logging out pauses sync and clears the session, while retaining files and device identity. Clear App Data removes synchronized profile and venue records before clearing local records; failures retain local files for retry. Record deletion is soft deletion and does not erase uploaded files, the server device identity, service backups, exported files, Photos copies or recipients' copies. 8. Availability and responsibility

We work to provide the app as described but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every record will remain available on a device. You decide what information is appropriate to share and how to use it. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. This app has no in-app purchases, paid packs or coin balance. You remain responsible for checking venue conditions in person and following emergency guidance.
